Posture corrective exercise can provide many benefits for individuals who experience neck or back pain. On one hand, we all have weaknesses that could benefit from attention.  Muscular imbalances, postural / alignment issues, and aberrant movement patterns can — and often do — lead to discomfort, pain, and injury.  In this workshop, you will learn the basic assessment as a personal trainer, the moment your clients’ walk to you.  What are the screening & action you will learn: - posture - breathing pattern - asses core function - asses basic flexibility - assess movement pattern - create spinal mobility - produce spinal stability - add resistance and movement
